Remote Customer Support Specialist, Shop Boss
Support Vehlo customers using its auto repair shop software by resolving application, configuration, and workflow issues. Assist users through phone, email, chat, and screen sharing.

- Deliver frontline technical support through phone, email, chat, and screen sharing.
- Investigate and resolve application, configuration, and workflow problems with care and efficiency.
- Collect issue details, reproduce problems when possible, and record clear case notes.
- Refer complex or recurring problems to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success with steps to reproduce, impact, and customer context.
- Show users effective product practices.
- Spot product gaps and emerging issue patterns.
- Help improve support documentation and processes.
आवश्यकताएँ
- 1–2 years in technical support, customer support, or helpdesk work in a SaaS, software, or technology-enabled environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including structured investigation and root-cause analysis.
- Clear written and spoken communication, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing and support platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to handle several cases at once, set priorities, and meet response and resolution targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred: Experience supporting automotive software, point-of-sale systems, or shop management software.
- Preferred: Familiarity with web applications, APIs, integrations, or data workflows.
- Preferred: Experience with screen-sharing and remote support tools.
- Preferred: Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, log analysis, or other technical diagnostic tools.
- Preferred: Experience in a metrics-focused support team and familiarity with CSAT, SLAs, first-contact resolution, or backlog management.
