- Demonstrate how Salonkee can simplify day-to-day salon operations.
- Manage sales opportunities from first contact through closing.
- Set clear goals and plan your own weekly schedule.
- Work with the Team Lead and regional colleagues.
- Take part in the recruitment process, including an initial interview, a video call, and a Field Day.

- Some sales experience, ideally including outbound prospecting such as cold calls, walk-ins, and self-sourced appointments.
- An outgoing manner and enthusiasm for communicating by phone and in person.

- An organized, structured approach to work.
- Confidence using digital tools.
- Business-fluent to native-level German.
- Good command of English.
