Descriere

  • Administer Entra ID identities and access, including users, dynamic groups, applications, SSO, MFA, and authentication methods
  • Manage Conditional Access, PIM, Access Reviews, and the full access lifecycle
  • Integrate Entra ID with Active Directory through Entra Connect and with Google Workspace
  • Manage Intune MDM/MAM and administer Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices
  • Implement compliance and configuration policies, application deployment, patching, and endpoint hardening
  • Provision corporate devices using Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise
  • Develop MAM policies for BYOD, data containerization, compliance actions, and selective wipe
  • Govern corporate storage across Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
  • Administer Google Workspace users, permissions, retention, security, and audit controls
  • Deliver dedicated technical support to C-level executives and leadership during meetings and events
  • Provide N2/N3 support by investigating and resolving complex technical incidents
  • Oversee IT assets, inventory, Microsoft and Google licensing, and the mobile device fleet
  • Resolve VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewall, and connectivity problems
  • Design and improve Service Desk and support processes
  • Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Automate operational routines with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
  • Support and advise junior team members on technical issues

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Production experience administering Entra ID, including large-scale Conditional Access and MFA
  • Hands-on experience with Intune for Windows and macOS, plus iOS and Android device management using Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
  • Experience governing permissions and external sharing in Google Drive, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
  • Experience designing and operating access approval, review, and revocation workflows
  • Experience delivering N2/N3 technical support and operating Service Desk functions
  • Experience improving support processes, managing IT assets, and automating tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
  • Sound technical judgment based on cost, risk, and operational impact
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, with experience troubleshooting infrastructure and connectivity
  • Experience with Agile methods and tools such as Jira and Miro
  • Familiarity with ITSM and monitoring tools
  • Strength in technical documentation and process organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • End-to-end ownership of the work environment, including proactive failure prevention and autonomous issue resolution
