Descriere

  • Serve as a primary client liaison and subject matter expert for service processes
  • Provide high-quality support while managing relationships with high-value clients
  • Monitor client accounts and inquiries, resolving complex issues and service events
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Account Management to turn client needs into operational improvements and more efficient service delivery
  • Use customer feedback trends to identify and advance process enhancements
  • Oversee daily service metrics and related performance reporting
  • Support onboarding and training programs
  • Own smaller process improvement efforts and contribute to larger initiatives
  • Gather data and apply analytics and reporting to give senior leaders and executives clear visibility
  • Implement process improvements that support issue resolution and reduce risk
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve process breakdowns
  • Assess customer process needs and develop targeted improvements
  • Create and maintain formal procedures, process documentation, and process flow diagrams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for project customers by clarifying needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • May lead a team or coordinate the work of others on projects

Cerințe

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least one year of process management experience
  • At least three years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex client requests, improve service processes, and build productive business relationships
  • Strong analytical ability with close attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and sound judgment when handling escalations
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • Preferred: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • Preferred: At least one year of Compliance or Risk Management experience
  • Preferred: At least two years of Process Management experience
  • Capital One will not sponsor new employment authorization for this position
