Descriere

  • Build and deliver a digital marketing strategy tied to business goals and audience needs.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid search, paid social, email, and organic search campaigns.
  • Improve engagement and lead generation by overseeing website content, landing pages, and conversion journeys.
  • Lead SEO work, from keyword research and on-page optimisation to performance tracking.
  • Coordinate content production and distribution across digital channels.
  • Use campaign analytics to spot opportunities, improve results, and guide decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation, and report on return on investment.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Work with sales, design, content, and other teams to align messaging and deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, contractors, and technology providers as needed.
  • Keep up with digital marketing trends, tools, platform changes, and best practices.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience, including planning and running campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and guide decisions.
  • Ability to shape marketing strategies that support lead generation and business growth.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting data to recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with close attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Experience managing budgets and collaborating across teams.
  • Background in translation, localization, or B2B services is an advantage.
