Coordinate Ford’s digital vehicle incentive programs across European markets, from setup and pricing checks to reporting and process updates. Work with marketing, sales, finance, and campaign teams to launch and monitor incentives across Ford’s online sales channels.

Descriere

  • Set up marketing and incentive programs in the Vincent system as part of new digital incentive processes.
  • Write and test programs, checking them against approved proposals.
  • Coordinate and launch incentives for new products across E-Commerce, Build&Price, and Inventory Showroom.
  • Monitor live website incentives and confirm pricing matches approved proposals.
  • Coordinate incentive updates across European markets with cross-functional teams.
  • Help develop new processes and templates.
  • Document and test process changes, then coordinate their implementation.
  • Prepare reports to support marketing program management for Campaigns Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Communicate key issues to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Campaigns Management teams.
  • Follow corporate requirements and internal controls.

Cerințe

  • Fluent English.
  • French, Spanish, Italian, or German language skills are an advantage.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A persistent approach and comfort with repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Strong business and customer focus.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • An analytical mindset and structured approach.
  • Ability to understand and improve processes.
  • A project-focused approach and ability to manage complex tasks at the same time.
  • Marketing, Sales, or Finance experience is an advantage.
  • Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
  • Interest in and aptitude for IT tools such as Python.
  • Successful interview and background check as part of recruitment.
