- Support a Department of Defense customer's enterprise automation work
- Design, install, configure, and upgrade Ansible Automation Platform, including automation controller, private automation hub, and Event-Driven Ansible
- Develop, test, and maintain playbooks, roles, and collections for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance
- Build and manage execution environments with ansible-builder
- Publish automation content through private automation hub
- Connect AAP to source control, CI/CD pipelines, credential and secrets management, and identity providers such as LDAP/AD and SAML
- Set up RBAC, organizations, teams, inventories, and job templates in automation controller
- Automate security hardening and compliance against STIG, DISA, and SCAP requirements across RHEL and Windows systems
- Diagnose automation failures and platform issues, and improve performance
- Document architecture, operating procedures, and standards
- Train customer staff in automation best practices
Cerințe
- Practical experience with Ansible Automation Platform 2.x, including automation controller, private automation hub, execution environments, ansible-navigator, and ansible-builder
- Strong ability to write playbooks, roles, and custom collections
- Experience with Jinja2 templates, YAML, and dynamic inventories
- Advanced administration of RHEL 8 and 9
- Experience with Git-based workflows, including GitLab or GitHub
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and REST API integrations
- Experience automating STIG remediation
- Experience in secure, disconnected, or air-gapped environments
- Python and/or Bash scripting skills
- Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform certification
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Willingness to work remotely
- Active Top Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
