Mid-Level Customer Success Analyst — Remote in Brazil
Manage customer success for a marketing agency serving gyms, studios, and sports schools. Lead onboarding, monitor KPIs and Health Scores, and support retention.
Descriere
- Manage and continuously review the assigned client portfolio
- Lead onboarding and ensure transitions align with client expectations
- Assess client marketing and sales KPIs to recommend strategic actions
- Monitor Health Scores and address potential churn risks proactively
- Organize workflows using Kanban tools such as Trello and Pipefy
- Identify and implement improvements to Customer Success processes
- Support the creation of a new department to improve partner results and retention
- Translate client challenges into solutions using strategic playbooks
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Communications, or a related discipline
- At least three years of professional experience in Customer Success
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnel structures
- Proficiency with Kanban workflow tools such as Trello, Pipefy, or comparable platforms
- Basic English reading ability
- Clear communication, initiative, and a respectful, approachable manner
- Fluent English is an advantage
- Experience in a marketing agency or the sports and fitness sector is an advantage
- Experience creating customer service or Customer Success processes from the ground up is an advantage
