Descriere

  • Coordinate GRCM stakeholders across Horizon Scanning, Regulatory Oversight, Rules Inventory, ServiceNow, CUBE and D&T.
  • Track cross-team hand-offs and dependencies so issues, actions and decisions move forward.
  • Resolve complex issues across processes and teams, escalating when needed.
  • Oversee Traceability Matrix production status and dependencies.
  • Lead GRCM’s end-to-end ServiceNow Regulatory Change process as its primary subject matter expert.
  • Triage production issues, defects and operational incidents, coordinating their resolution.
  • Work with D&T Product and Technology teams on production support, platform stability and service performance.
  • Manage GRCM ServiceNow access and maintain operational procedures and guidance.
  • Build and improve the ServiceNow operational dashboard and management information.
  • Track LRR volumes, ageing, throughput and outstanding actions across the regulatory change lifecycle.
  • Use trend analysis to identify bottlenecks, delays and operational risks, and recommend actions to senior management.
  • Approve CUBE RegBook subscription requests and manage the related workflow.
  • Serve as GRCM’s operational contact for CUBE RegBook requests and related issues.
  • Find ways to simplify, standardise and automate operational processes.
  • Keep operational documentation current and contribute to process and service improvements.

Cerințe

  • A compliance or regulatory background in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory change management and how business processes, data and supporting technology interact.
  • Experience in technology-enabled operations, ideally with ServiceNow, production support and operational reporting.
  • Advanced analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of diagnosing complex operational issues, finding root causes and delivering practical resolutions.
  • Experience developing dashboards and management information.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional work, manage dependencies and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Clear executive communication, sound judgement and a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to issue management and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to anticipate issues, take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
