Descriere
- Build and grow relationships with TeamViewer customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities across TeamViewer’s product portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work with Customer Support and Retention to maintain high service satisfaction.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Develop new business in the UK, building relationships, closing deals, and growing SaaS revenue.
Cerințe
- Fluent English at native level is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience working in a competitive sales environment.
- A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- IT industry experience and SaaS knowledge are preferred.
