Head of Teaching – AI and Future Skills
Lead remote teaching operations across Germany, guiding teams and setting standards for quality, curriculum design, and scalable learning programs. Shape AI-focused education and improve processes using participant feedback, performance data, and emerging technology opportunities.
Descriere
- Oversee teaching operations across several education programs.
- Lead a distributed remote team across Germany, including Team Leads and team members.
- Set shared standards, formats, and tools across programs, and support ongoing knowledge exchange.
- Own teaching quality, instructional design, and certification requirements.
- Maintain a consistently high-quality learning experience.
- Improve existing programs and develop new offerings based on participant feedback and market and competitor developments.
- Identify and apply opportunities to use AI and technology in education.
- Create learning models that can scale as participant numbers grow.
- Build scalable processes for planning, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Define and analyze relevant KPIs, and keep programs on track to meet targets.
- Find opportunities to automate processes and implement AI.
- Track course launches, capacity, utilization, and program duration.
- Spot bottlenecks and efficiency losses early.
- Work with Team Leads to ensure courses are reliably staffed.
- Present the education offering to Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate course launches and update content, playbooks, and communication materials.
Cerințe
- Several years of people-management experience leading larger teams, ideally in a remote setting and including Team Leads.
- Experience establishing organizational structures, processes, and KPI frameworks.
- Careful and reliable documentation and compliance reporting.
- Use AI as part of your everyday work.
- Experience with digital workflows and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Understanding of data protection in digital and AI settings.
- Knowledge of the GDPR and EU AI Act.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-moving organization.
- Native-level or highly proficient German.
- Very good English skills.
- Experience in education, practical teaching, curriculum or program design, or work in an AZAV-certified setting is an advantage.
- Experience with education vouchers, accreditation bodies, and the German Federal Employment Agency is especially valuable.
