Senior Compliance Manager
Build compliance for Rist Labs’ AI-powered subscription apps by automating reviews and managing risks across app stores, advertising platforms, and regulations.
Descriere
- Resolve urgent findings from the existing compliance audit
- Launch an initial compliance function within the first few months
- Maintain a prioritized risk log across products and document decisions
- Develop pre-launch compliance workflows with marketing, design, and product teams
- Review advertising creatives and product copy, focusing on high-reach campaigns
- Monitor policy updates from the App Store, Google Play, and Meta, as well as local regulations
- Evaluate the business impact of regulatory and platform changes
- Present risks, impacts, and practical alternatives to product CEOs
- Automate routine compliance work with AI tools and company systems
- Write a compliance guide for all Rist Labs product teams
- Support Rist Labs subscription apps Kodree, Aligned, and Apollo
Cerințe
- At least two years of mobile app compliance experience at a product company
- Practical knowledge of App Store and Google Play policies
- Knowledge of subscription and payment rules
- Knowledge of user data requirements across jurisdictions, especially the US and other markets
- Knowledge of Meta advertising policies
- Experience identifying misleading advertising claims
- Ability to assess business risks and develop solutions
- Experience establishing or rebuilding compliance processes
- Ability to translate regulatory and platform requirements into guidance for marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Experience using AI tools or agents in day-to-day compliance work
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Experience with B2C subscription apps is an advantage
- A legal or audit background is an advantage; Big Four experience is a plus
- Three references from previous managers are required during recruitment
