  • Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls
  • Determine the purpose of each customer contact
  • Address customer questions according to established procedures
  • Route calls to the relevant department when required
  • Track and follow up on customer interactions
  • Record call details and follow-up actions in the designated systems
  • Handle customer cases through back-office processes
  • Work according to instructions and internal procedures
  • Apply requirements associated with relevant certifications and labels
  • Complete training on products, services, campaigns, tools, and procedures
  • Use approved customer communications and meet quality standards
  • Follow the quality management system principles
  • Report system issues and support ongoing customer service improvements
  • Use AI tools to draft and tailor customer responses
  • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated replies

Cerințe

  • Education ranging from A-level equivalent to a two-year post-secondary qualification
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Able to think quickly, reason logically, and respond effectively
