Descriere

  • Act as the primary client contact while directing daily program delivery
  • Develop trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and sustain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on account strategy, growth opportunities, and long-term client outcomes
  • Track and improve client-specific KPIs and service-level commitments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and cost-effectively
  • Identify opportunities to broaden existing accounts with additional solutions or services
  • Oversee program finances, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, pricing, invoicing, receivables, and performance reporting
  • Propose process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and strengthen financial controls
  • Establish the operational processes and governance needed for effective program execution
  • Work with Technology teams on system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and solution improvements
  • Serve as the client contact for security activities, including access to client systems and solution components
  • Create and deliver operational updates, business reviews, and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
  • Travel as needed to meet client and business requirements

Cerințe

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent blend of education and experience
  • Bring 5–10 years of experience in client services, account management, or operations leadership in global BPO or outsourcing
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing program finances, including budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss
  • Experience developing and presenting operational and business performance reviews
  • Project management certification or formal training is beneficial
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Sound commercial and financial judgment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-through
  • Able to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to succeed in a matrix organization
  • Proactive, adaptable, and focused on results
  • Able to manage several priorities at the same time
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client and business requirements
