Senior Software Engineer
Build end-to-end product capabilities for Anecdotes’ AI-native enterprise GRC platform. Design scalable backend systems and user-facing experiences with modern AI development tools.
Descriere
- Build and scale product features across the Anecdotes platform.
- Guide product initiatives from technical design and architecture through implementation, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Partner with Product to translate customer needs and business challenges into clear, effective technical solutions.
- Apply modern AI development tools throughout coding, testing, debugging, solution exploration, and delivery.
- Make architectural decisions that enable product evolution while maintaining scalability, reliability, and strong engineering standards.
- Work with engineers across R&D teams to deliver cross-platform capabilities and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and strengthen development practices, tools, and frameworks.
Cerințe
- Bring at least six years of software engineering experience and strong backend fundamentals.
- Have substantial experience building and shipping complex, production-ready applications.
- Have extensive practical experience with Python or another modern high-level programming language.
- Have experience designing and developing distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Understand databases, data modeling, API design, and scalable system architecture.
- Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Bring a product mindset: look beyond technical requirements to understand problems and help shape suitable solutions.
- Own complex initiatives and drive them independently from concept through production.
- Be able to mentor engineers, lead technical work, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or have equivalent practical experience.
- Experience across the stack, including React and TypeScript frontend development, is a strong advantage.
- Have hands-on experience building products or features with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Have experience integrating AI capabilities into production applications.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
