Descriere

  • Handle customer enquiries and deliver responsive support.
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery updates.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues across the business.
  • Assist with project documentation and technical enquiries.
  • Use ERP and CRM tools to manage stock information, pricing, and order tracking.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to keep information accurate for site-related orders.
  • Keep records, business documents, and compliance files up to date.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business.
  • Handle office administration, including data entry, reporting, and internal communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics, and technical documentation.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in sales administration, customer service, technical sales support, or order processing.
  • B2B experience, preferably in construction, mechanical and electrical services, industrial supplies, or technical products.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage competing priorities accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Interest in technical products or engineering.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Collaborative, team-focused working style.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
