Remote Collections and Customer Support Specialist - Philippines
Remote full-time role in the Philippines combining accounts receivable collections with customer support. Responsibilities include payment discussions, support-ticket triage, and resolving basic account and product issues.

- Review invoices and customer contacts in Upflow
- Follow Upflow’s automated email cadence and make persistent collection calls
- Respond to inbound customer support inquiries
- Assist with basic account-access and product issues
- Screen and prioritize incoming support tickets
- Assign or escalate tickets to the appropriate customer success representative
- Lead payment conversations with a focus on retaining customers
- Identify payment options beyond standard overdue-payment reminders

- Manage accounts receivable collections by reviewing invoices and customer contacts in Upflow, following automated email sequences, and making persistent collection calls
- Provide first-line customer support by answering inbound inquiries, helping with basic account-access and product issues, prioritizing tickets, and assigning or escalating them to the appropriate customer success representative
- Handle payment discussions with customer retention in mind and consider alternatives to standard overdue-payment reminders
- Sales experience is preferred
- Experience with Upflow or a comparable accounts receivable system is preferred
- Persistent and comfortable conducting collection calls
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot basic technical issues remotely
- Customer-oriented and adaptable when solving payment-related problems
- Experience with Upflow for AR, Nutshell for CRM, Freshdesk for support tickets, and Microsoft Suite tools including Outlook and Teams
- Submit an English resume and provide a CEFR English proficiency level during the application
- Available to work full time, 40 hours per week
- Available during Pacific Daylight Time business hours
