Description

  • Drive growth and performance across the voice-bot sales channel.
  • Manage telesales AI-agent operations, from identifying use cases and building and deploying agents to improving conversion and retention through iteration.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and launch vendors and technology tools supporting telesales.
  • Establish and uphold telesales standards for quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing to turn customer-conversation insights into improvements to customer-facing products.
  • Partner with Analytics to build measurement and experimentation frameworks, monitor channel KPIs, and communicate results.
  • Improve customer journeys and expand channel capabilities with voice bots, text bots, and automation to increase conversion and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, plus demonstrated marketing experience.
  • Solid knowledge of AI tools and the technical considerations involved in deploying and integrating them.
  • Background managing external vendors and technology partners.
  • Project management capability, with clear communication skills across teams and levels of seniority.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Preferred: practical experience working in or alongside sales channels.
  • Preferred: familiarity with conversational AI or speech analytics.
  • Preferred: experience developing AI-powered solutions with measurable business outcomes.
