Description

  • Recruit for G&A and business teams across the US and Europe, spanning People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations.
  • Source candidates creatively from varied talent pools, including corporate, scale-up and high-performance environments.
  • Advise senior leaders on role design, organisational needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide a candidate experience that reflects Neko Health’s quality and integrity.
  • Track pipeline data, spot bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience recruiting for G&A or business functions in high-growth or complex organisations.
  • A track record of hiring talent from high-performing companies, scale-ups or mission-driven organisations.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional candidates.
  • Able to work autonomously in fast-moving, high-context environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
  • No need for sponsorship or other support to obtain or maintain work authorisation in that country.
