- Recruit for G&A and business teams across the US and Europe, spanning People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations.
- Source candidates creatively from varied talent pools, including corporate, scale-up and high-performance environments.
- Advise senior leaders on role design, organisational needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide a candidate experience that reflects Neko Health’s quality and integrity.
- Track pipeline data, spot bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience recruiting for G&A or business functions in high-growth or complex organisations.
- A track record of hiring talent from high-performing companies, scale-ups or mission-driven organisations.
- Strong sourcing skills and a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional candidates.
- Able to work autonomously in fast-moving, high-context environments.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy.
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
- No need for sponsorship or other support to obtain or maintain work authorisation in that country.
