Portuguese Call Center Supervisor

Description
- Lead sales teams in call center operations
- Manage operational and performance indicators
- Develop team members through sales coaching
- Improve performance metrics across regional sales and consultative operations
- Make data-informed decisions
- Resolve conflicts
- Work rotating weekday shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., for 42 hours per week
- Lead international teams at a growing company
Requirements
- Technical, technologist, or professional qualification
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor, team leader, or coordinator in call center operations
- Experience in commercial lines, consultative sales, B2B, e-commerce, or fulfillment preferred
- Advanced Portuguese (C1 or native) and fluent Spanish
- Strategic leadership
- Experience managing operational KPIs, including CSAT, FCR, sales metrics, adherence, and conversion
- Analytical skills for data-informed decision-making
- Sales coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Based in Bogotá or Medellín
- Available to work public holidays as required by operations
