Description
- Manage the Wegmans account for the Accelerator business
- Create and deliver key account strategies across the product portfolio
- Identify opportunities to generate additional growth
- Build stronger partnerships with the customer
- Grow Mars’ presence across priority categories
- Meet business goals by building and maintaining customer relationships
- Coordinate retailer growth plans across assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotions
- Guide direct and cross-functional teams in finding opportunities and developing solutions
- Manage the financial forecast to support annual company goals
- Use complex data to inform decisions by internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a related field
- Experience in account management
- Able to develop, present, and carry out customer plans, with emphasis on customer communication and account growth
- Able to understand market conditions, forecast outcomes, and analyze and interpret data
- Strong knowledge of trade strategy
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Negotiation ability
