Manage the Wegmans account for the Accelerator business
Create and deliver key account strategies across the product portfolio
Identify opportunities to generate additional growth
Build stronger partnerships with the customer
Grow Mars’ presence across priority categories
Meet business goals by building and maintaining customer relationships
Coordinate retailer growth plans across assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotions
Guide direct and cross-functional teams in finding opportunities and developing solutions
Manage the financial forecast to support annual company goals
Use complex data to inform decisions by internal and external stakeholders

Prasības

Substantial experience in a related field
Experience in account management
Able to develop, present, and carry out customer plans, with emphasis on customer communication and account growth
Able to understand market conditions, forecast outcomes, and analyze and interpret data
Strong knowledge of trade strategy
Knowledge of retail operations
Negotiation ability
