Experience Partner – Government CX – United States Remote

Partner with government customers to improve digital services and customer experiences through Granicus solutions. Manage strategic public-sector relationships, programs, proposals, delivery, and account growth.

Description

  • Lead pre-sales discovery and define customer experiences
  • Support project kickoffs
  • Apply relevant industry expertise and perspective
  • Improve outcomes through hands-on experience, services, data, and technical expertise
  • Maintain working knowledge of Granicus solutions
  • Align work with customer objectives and support their priorities
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins
  • Maintain project operational compliance
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of programs across assigned mid-tier customers
  • Act as the primary contact for owned programs
  • Protect existing program revenue and prevent or mitigate customer and program churn
  • Increase revenue through direct upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop, expand, and manage strategic customer relationships
  • Advise as a subject-matter expert in government CX, public engagement, communications, consultation, or digital services
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals for customers and prospects
  • Support delivery teams with scope, timeline, execution, and acceptance management
  • Support individual contributors’ career development through performance monitoring and evaluation
  • Train and strengthen internal teams in consultative solutions development, sales, development, strategy, and implementation
  • Connect customer programs, agency priorities, and mission objectives to improve CX outcomes
  • Plan and deliver strategic program reviews for executive stakeholders
  • Identify and develop customer engagement and recognition opportunities
  • Drive organic growth across the existing customer portfolio and relationships
  • Generate demand for Granicus services and solutions
  • Work with leadership to shape new services from customer demand and insights
  • Represent customer perspectives in company solutions and processes
  • Represent Granicus as a public-sector thought leader through speaking engagements, panels, and internal or external events

Requirements

  • Bring 4–6 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management, including program scoping, delivery, quality assurance, and growth
  • Understanding of human-centered design methods and best practices is preferred
  • Serve effectively as a trusted adviser to government stakeholders
  • Experience working with government clients and managing their expectations is advantageous
  • Demonstrate commercial judgment and a successful record in customer or project management
  • Show commitment to public service, citizen engagement, service transformation, and communication
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally across organizational levels
  • Be self-directed and adaptable, with a practical approach to routine work and changing priorities
  • Manage multiple client relationships and competing demands effectively
  • Value diverse perspectives and thoughtfully consider different ideas
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets
  • Support data privacy obligations and complete required privacy training
