Customer Service Representative – Philippines Onsite

TDCX is hiring a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative in the Philippines to assist customers across communication channels. The role focuses on resolving issues, closing cases, and improving customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through the relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, practical solutions.
  • Drive first-contact resolution and coordinate timely follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures to deliver service that supports high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to the ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • A diploma, advanced or higher diploma, graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
