Client Success Specialist (Hybrid, Philippines)

Manage client relationships and service delivery for Asiacruit’s Philippine talent solutions. Coordinate onboarding, requests, and cross-functional responses to support client satisfaction.

Description

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building responsive and trusted professional relationships.
  • Resolve client questions, requests, concerns, and follow-up items through completion.
  • Monitor client needs, service commitments, project updates, and open action items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign, track, and complete client requests accurately and on schedule.
  • Keep clients informed about timelines, deliverables, service issues, and next steps.
  • Arrange and lead client meetings, check-ins, onboarding sessions, and business reviews as required.
  • Create agendas, record meeting notes, document decisions, and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Assist with onboarding, implementation, account transitions, renewals, and ongoing engagement.
  • Find ways to improve client adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and service results.
  • Review client feedback and appropriately escalate risks, recurring problems, or signs of dissatisfaction.
  • Keep client records, account details, service documents, and communications accurate in CRM or client management systems.
  • Track client success metrics, service issues, response times, and other relevant performance measures.
  • Help produce client reports, account summaries, presentations, and business review materials.
  • Collect and share client feedback to support improvements to processes, services, and customer experience.
  • Work with sales, operations, support, finance, and leadership teams on cross-functional client needs.
  • Communicate proactively with clients before issues arise.
  • Assist with additional client success, account management, and operational responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bring at least two years of experience in client success, account management, customer support, customer experience, service delivery, or a related field.
  • Have experience managing client communications, service requests, and account activities.
  • Can effectively manage multiple clients, projects, and competing priorities.
  • Experience in B2B, outsourcing, technology, professional services, or another client-facing setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Can clearly explain processes, updates, timelines, and solutions to varied audiences.
  • Possess strong customer service, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through.
  • Can manage deadlines, coordinate tasks, and balance competing demands.
  • Able to identify issues, set expectations, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Have experience with CRM, customer support, helpdesk, or project management tools.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have prepared reports, presentations, meeting notes, and client documentation.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, adoption, retention, or account growth is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with remote or cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
