Community Association Manager – Kissimmee, FL

Manage homeowner associations in an onsite Kissimmee role with Sentry Management Inc., coordinating boards, vendors, finances, maintenance, and resident services.

Description

  • Serve assigned boards and communities by addressing their needs and maintaining strong client satisfaction
  • Prepare for and participate in annual and general association meetings
  • Oversee vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests and approvals
  • Coordinate janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and other employees
  • Collect and code invoices for payment while following up on outstanding monthly assessments
  • Act as the liaison between association boards and legal counsel
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for association boards
  • Oversee the onboarding and exit of managed associations

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Florida CAM license and have at least two years of experience
  • Bring prior community management experience
  • Work professionally, stay organized, and operate independently
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Use Microsoft Office and general computer applications proficiently
