Autodesk Client Services Specialist – German and French, Dublin

Support Autodesk customers and partners in German and French with software access, orders, account issues, and license fulfilment. Troubleshoot service problems, explain Autodesk Account features, and strengthen frontline support.

Description

  • Ensure customers receive prompt access to purchased Autodesk software.
  • Troubleshoot back-office systems and use third-party tools to determine the causes of access issues.
  • Support customers and partners by phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle and investigate requests involving order processing, presales, product access, account sign-in, and license fulfilment.
  • Explain Autodesk Account features and deliver how-to sessions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools.
  • Lead partner enablement activities such as onboarding, training, forums, and service reviews.
  • Teach customers and partners to use self-service resources through training, content, remote access, readiness calls, and webinars.
  • Create and update shared knowledge-base content.
  • Work with cross-functional and sales teams to resolve customer issues and support sales activities.
  • Coordinate with departments across Autodesk as a liaison.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, enhance systems, and automate work.
  • Achieve or exceed operational KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to learn internal applications and platforms.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime when necessary.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with confidence giving colleagues feedback.
  • Takes accountability for tasks and workplace behaviour.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and German and/or French.
  • Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
