Assistant Fraud and Risk Specialist — Singapore (On-site)

Description
- Investigate complex cases and identify patterns in fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Assess the effects of emerging fraud trends to guide mitigation and prevention strategies
- Maintain thorough, confidential investigation records
- Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans
- Develop clear and relevant training resources
- Analyze fraud patterns and build or refine models to respond to evolving fraud vectors
- Recommend measures that reduce and prevent fraudulent activity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trends and expose system weaknesses
- Introduce process improvements and proactive controls
- Complete other management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to ongoing improvements to TDCX’s Quality Management System
Requirements
- A diploma or degree-level qualification in any discipline, including Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional, or Master’s degrees
- Related experience of around two years is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Well-developed investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving and frequently changing environment
- Available to work flexible schedules and shifts when required
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus the language of the supported market
