Opis

  • Investigate complex cases and identify patterns in fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Assess the effects of emerging fraud trends to guide mitigation and prevention strategies
  • Maintain thorough, confidential investigation records
  • Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans
  • Develop clear and relevant training resources
  • Analyze fraud patterns and build or refine models to respond to evolving fraud vectors
  • Recommend measures that reduce and prevent fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trends and expose system weaknesses
  • Introduce process improvements and proactive controls
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to ongoing improvements to TDCX’s Quality Management System

Zahteve

  • A diploma or degree-level qualification in any discipline, including Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional, or Master’s degrees
  • Related experience of around two years is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Well-developed investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving and frequently changing environment
  • Available to work flexible schedules and shifts when required
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus the language of the supported market
