After-Sales Analyst, N1 Customer Support | Grupo Elettromec On-Site

Provide N1 after-sales support to Grupo Elettromec customers, helping triage requests, resolve issues, and route cases to the appropriate teams.

Description

  • Deliver N1 customer support by phone and other service channels while understanding each customer’s needs
  • Process customer service and after-sales requests by screening and categorizing inquiries
  • Review interaction details, identify customer needs, and pursue solutions within the role’s scope
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy when addressing questions, dissatisfaction, or conflict
  • Help de-escalate critical situations, reduce dissatisfaction, and explain the next steps clearly
  • Escalate cases to N2, technical support, or other internal teams with complete and relevant information
  • Identify recurring complaint patterns and provide insights that support process improvements
  • Prioritize customer experience and effective resolution through a consultative, professional approach

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Customer Service Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer support, after-sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, or relationship management
  • Experience with N1 support, ticket triage, and case routing is an advantage
  • Experience in durable consumer goods, home appliances, white goods, consumer electronics, automotive, technology, premium retail, or related industries
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Comfort working with customer service systems, CRM software, or ticketing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for on-site work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays
