Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- English and Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Previous customer service or related experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly
