Opis

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient and provider inquiries by phone, email, and text
  • Explain products and services clearly and accurately
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Maintain and update patient records with care and accuracy
  • Work with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned
  • Act as the main contact for patients and medical providers

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • English and Spanish bilingual skills preferred
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly
  • Frequent use of computer systems and screens
  • Frequent hand and finger use for data entry
  • Regular communication by phone and computer
