Opis

  • Provide round-the-clock remote and on-site customer support.
  • Support products, solutions, and complex networks throughout the Care phase.
  • Follow standard and emergency case-handling procedures.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience with Node Type Huawei or ZTE IMS, TAS, SSS, UPCF, RCP, CFX, SBC, iMG, CG, or Cloud.
  • Experience resolving customer issues and providing proactive support.
  • Experience handling Software Update Management (SUM).
  • Ability to analyze, prepare, implement, and verify node, network, or system configuration and integration.
  • Experience handling emergencies.
  • Knowledge of Software Update Management, including planning, executing, and supporting software upgrades and patches.
  • Knowledge of Huawei or ZTE IMS core network elements.
  • Network integration skills, including telecom node and system configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting.
