Opis

  • Deliver first-line support by phone and email, with chat planned, for Baxter infusion pumps, related software, and connected digital products.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues using troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and standard procedures.
  • Manage customer cases from intake through resolution, recording clear updates and tracking issues.
  • Coordinate return authorizations for devices that need repair, replacement, or depot service.
  • Help customers set up and configure Baxter infusion systems and software, and resolve operational problems.
  • Refer complex technical problems to advanced support teams and work with internal colleagues on resolution.
  • Use support and knowledge management systems, Microsoft applications, and laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Follow HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in technical support, help desk, desktop support, service desk, or a technical call center.
  • Experience diagnosing computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and connected devices.
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Windows and general computer networking concepts.
  • Experience with case management, ticketing, CRM, or knowledge management systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience assisting customers by phone, email, or other service channels.
  • Availability to work the scheduled 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern shift.
  • Availability for an on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks.
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
