Opis

  • Document business requirements and current- and future-state processes.
  • Help prepare system specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies.
  • Turn business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Test application features to confirm they meet documented requirements.
  • Create and update technical and functional user documentation.
  • Apply established processes, protocols, and quality standards during solution development and deployment.
  • Address stakeholder and customer needs, escalating risks or issues to project managers when appropriate.
  • Build trusted working relationships through clear communication and dependable project delivery.
  • Handle additional duties and ad hoc support as assigned.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Basic knowledge of software development methods, platforms, tools, and languages.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of eliciting and documenting business requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Jira and prior work experience using it.
  • Ability to understand and document business processes and system workflows.
  • Moderate facilitation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a structured, team-oriented environment.
