Opis

  • Help plan and deliver client engagements with cross-functional teams
  • Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope
  • Use AI and digital tools to speed up research, analysis, drafting, and production
  • Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, sourcing, confidentiality, bias, accessibility, tone, and client fit
  • Research, analyze, draft, and refine employee experience materials
  • Develop knowledge of human capital topics and the industries WTW serves
  • Deliver high-quality work and manage assigned tasks, including quality checks
  • Coordinate stakeholders and projects by tracking decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, timelines, and communications
  • Interview participants and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into insights and recommendations
  • Prepare for and contribute to client meetings, present selected work, facilitate discussions, and follow up on actions
  • Develop reusable prompts, context, examples, and workflow guidance
  • Test digital and AI-enabled experiences for usability, accessibility, accuracy, and potential failure points
  • Follow responsible AI practices for privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, bias, sourcing, and human review
  • Support business development and intellectual capital by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets
  • Contribute to developing new tools and approaches

Zahteve

  • Know how communication, change management, marketing, and digital and social media trends apply to client solutions
  • Bring a professional presence and strong written, web, and oral communication skills
  • Show creativity and technical aptitude
  • Manage priorities and take ownership of defined workstreams
  • Use sound judgment within established guardrails and seek guidance when requirements or risks are unclear
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Analyze data, test assumptions, distinguish evidence from inference, and turn insights into recommendations for specific audiences
  • Understand agile principles and design thinking
  • Apply practical AI skills, including prompt and context design, source-grounded research, iterative testing, fact and citation checks, bias awareness, and responsible use of approved tools
  • Be available to travel as needed
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field
  • Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Expect to graduate between May 2026 and June 2027
