Description

  • Apply operational knowledge across all service channels
  • Provide accurate responses and resolve consumer cases within expected timeframes
  • Handle complaints, questions, and requests from Nestlé product consumers
  • Analyze issues and propose operational solutions
  • Share feedback on factory-formulated product analyses and sensitive or critical cases
  • Maintain service quality and consumer satisfaction
  • Assist consumers by chat, email, social media, and phone
  • Take an active part in training on products and support processes

Requirements

  • Be a final-year student or graduate in Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or a related field
  • Have experience in consumer service, handling customer questions and resolving problems effectively
  • Be available to work under a temporary contract
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks under pressure
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills for clear, empathetic interactions
  • Show customer focus, urgency, and responsibility
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Use a problem-solving approach focused on resolving issues at first contact
  • Adapt to different tools, processes, and customer needs
  • Remain resilient in high-volume environments while maintaining service quality
