Senior Operational Back Office Assistant (Temporary)

Description
- Analyze data and prepare reports to measure customer satisfaction
- Ensure process SLAs are met and monitor case resolution
- Track and manage key KPIs and prepare reports
- Serve as the contact point for technical teams, sales, supply, and other market functions
- Manage demand and coordinate processes
- Attend daily and weekly DOR and WOR meetings
- Recommend process improvements for the team
- Prepare reports
- Ensure coffee machine movements are processed and the fleet remains aligned
- Manage the assigned market and support other markets as needed
- Enter data into the internal system and track coffee machine installations, removals, replacements, and other service activities
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, commercial engineering, marketing, or a related field
- Available to work on a temporary contract
- At least six months of experience in operational back office, administrative support, or commercial support focused on metrics or monitoring
- Intermediate English preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills required, including queries, formulas, charts, and pivot tables
- Strong customer relations, communication, and service skills
- Problem management skills
