Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Brazil (Remote)

Lead renewals, retention, and account growth for JoomPulse enterprise customers. Turn Mercado Livre and Shopee analytics into practical recommendations for marketplace sellers.

Description

  • Manage account relationships, demonstrate value, and secure renewals for enterprise customers.
  • Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly planning across the customer portfolio.
  • Translate Mercado Livre and Shopee data into tailored insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Grow retention and expansion revenue within existing accounts.
  • Interview customers and deliver training demonstrations to gather insights and represent customer needs in product discussions.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction index for the service.
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events two to three times a year, with occasional additional visits.

Requirements

  • Own the full lifecycle of large marketplace seller or brand accounts, from onboarding and adoption through business reviews, renewal, and growth.
  • Know key brand marketplace metrics, including category share by value and units, first-party versus third-party sales, assortment and availability, Buy Box, average order value, and unauthorized seller detection.
  • Understand brand price policy compliance, including suggested and monitored prices, listings inside and outside policy, and EAN/SKU matching.
  • Interpret raw data, assess its implications for a client's commercial plan, and write actionable recommendations.
  • Present business reviews to senior stakeholders such as brand managers, e-commerce leads, and commercial directors.
  • Manage commercial conversations within existing accounts, including add-on proposals, renewal negotiations, and procurement discussions.
  • Handle difficult conversations about data discrepancies or missed deliverables while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Use large language models and AI agents in daily work.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is preferred.
  • Spanish is a plus.
