- Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers and help them realize measurable value.
- Support onboarding and help clients meet key success milestones.
- Show customers how product features, updates, and use cases can increase adoption.
- Build trusted relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Help customers navigate the platform and answer their questions.
- Review customer health scores and find ways to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Work with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
- Raise product bugs and feature requests, then keep customers informed of outcomes.
- Use CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, and Vitally to track activity and adoption.
- Support customer business reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Spot customer behavior patterns and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with Sales on renewals and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or environmental, health, safety, sustainability, or product stewardship software is an advantage.
- Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers from varied backgrounds.
- Show enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn SaaS products in depth.
- Use a problem-solving approach while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Have experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Salesforce.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
