Onsite Medical Receptionist
Welcome patients and manage check-in and front desk duties at EPIC Health. Help create a smooth, patient-centered experience in this onsite medical receptionist role.

- Welcome patients with a friendly, patient-centered approach.
- Assist patients with check-in, including through virtual tablets.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns.
- Keep the team informed about walk-ins, schedule changes, arrivals, delays, and onsite needs.
- Resolve patient issues and refer concerns to the office manager, physician, or billing department as needed.
- Open and close the front desk and lobby.
- Print patient demographic information and schedules.
- File required paperwork.
- Keep the lobby clean and organized.
- Check in patients manually when they cannot use the virtual systems.
- Work with colleagues to support office operations.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- A patient-centered approach
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Computer and technology proficiency, or the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Ability to travel to any current company location as needed
