- Assist customers through email, live chat and phone.
- Resolve enquiries promptly and accurately, with a focus on solving them in the first interaction.
- Handle customer contacts according to service standards, SLAs and quality requirements.
- Address complaints and escalations courteously, following company procedures.
- Keep customer information accurate in CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Help with account, order, payment, technical and service questions.
- Spot recurring problems and suggest improvements to the relevant teams.
- Follow data protection, security and confidentiality rules.
- Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain knowledge of products, processes and systems through regular training.

- Speak Danish at expert (C2) level.
- Have proficient English skills.
- Bring at least two years of experience in a remote customer service role.

- Be able to work from home using your own device.
