- Find and pursue new business by connecting with key decision-makers in facility maintenance.
- Build relationships with current customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assess customer needs and tailor facility maintenance solutions accordingly.
- Develop and carry out sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms to win profitable contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Record sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions, and provide regular management updates.

- At least two years of sales experience, preferably in facility maintenance or a related field, with equipment maintenance experience such as generators or HVAC preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
