Apraksts

  • Assist customers through email, live chat and phone.
  • Resolve enquiries promptly and accurately, with a focus on solving them in the first interaction.
  • Handle customer contacts according to service standards, SLAs and quality requirements.
  • Address complaints and escalations courteously, following company procedures.
  • Keep customer information accurate in CRM and ticketing platforms.
  • Help with account, order, payment, technical and service questions.
  • Spot recurring problems and suggest improvements to the relevant teams.
  • Follow data protection, security and confidentiality rules.
  • Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of products, processes and systems through regular training.

Prasības

  • Speak Danish at expert (C2) level.
  • Have proficient English skills.
  • Bring at least two years of experience in a remote customer service role.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
  • Be comfortable with technology and contact centre tools; Zendesk experience is an advantage.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Be able to work from home using your own device.
  • Be flexible to meet business needs when required.
  • Be organised, proactive and solution-focused, with close attention to detail.
