- Find and pursue new facility maintenance sales opportunities by connecting with key decision-makers.
- Build relationships with current customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored facility maintenance solutions.
- Develop and carry out sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the customer base.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities in facility maintenance.
- Prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep sales, pipeline, and client records accurate, and regularly update management.

- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in facility maintenance or a related field, with equipment maintenance experience such as generators or HVAC an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
