आवश्यकताएँ
- Native-level Japanese with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- At least one year of professional customer support or customer service experience.
- Financial services, fintech, forex, or related industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems quickly.
- Customer-focused approach and close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Availability for nine-hour rotating shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and midnight.
