Tavsif

  • Support customers through all applicable communication channels with a high standard of service.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve questions clearly and work toward first-contact resolution.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Apply established procedures consistently to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and take additional steps to support customer needs.
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment category while supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Talablar

  • A Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Two years of relevant work experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, telephone etiquette, appropriate pace and tone, voice quality, grammar, and clear articulation.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
