Manage virtual relationships with Emerging Affluent and Treasures customers for DBS India’s consumer banking business. The role covers customer acquisition, wealth relationship development, digital onboarding, and remote banking support.

Descriere

  • Acquire clients through electronic onboarding of supplied leads and develop relationships that support sustained AUM growth
  • Build the Virtual Relationship Channel into a significant revenue contributor through engagement across multiple communication channels
  • Optimize the product mix, acquire new-to-bank non-resident customers, and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Improve customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of client enquiries
  • Explain product features and functionality to new customers and support their onboarding
  • Promote DBS India’s digital delivery channels to improve transaction efficiency
  • Engage Emerging Affluent and Treasures customers to retain relationships and support sustainable growth
  • Maintain effective onboarding, client coverage, and client economics
  • Coordinate investment and insurance portfolio reviews with Investment, Insurance, and Wealth specialists
  • Develop client relationships from opportunities sourced through SME, CEP, IBG, DBS Experience Centers, and influencers
  • Provide digital onboarding, account upgrades, scan- and email-based wealth transactions, doorstep banking, and digital or remote account maintenance
  • Work with Cluster locations, Operations, and other stakeholders to complete customer instructions accurately and promptly
  • Gather customer feedback and identify improvements across operations, administration, processes, products, and services
  • Stay informed about relevant products and services to recommend appropriate client solutions
  • Support process and product enhancement initiatives and share feedback on service and product offerings
  • Maintain compliance with internal audit standards, regulatory obligations, quality assurance requirements, the code of conduct, and control frameworks

Cerințe

  • Experience serving high-net-worth clients at a financial institution or KPO
  • Ability to manage client requests through electronic channels and work confidently with digital tools
  • Solid knowledge of wealth management products, including investments and insurance
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify clients’ financial needs
  • AMFI or IRDAI Composite insurance and investment certifications are advantageous
  • Strong spoken English and Hindi skills
  • Fluency in a regional language such as Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, or Telugu is advantageous
  • University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in marketing, finance, or banking is desirable
  • Sales capability and the ability to influence teams
  • People management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong understanding of the Bank’s strategy and the ability to interpret and execute it to grow customer wallet share
  • Demonstrated success executing sales or marketing strategies that generated business growth
