VIP Account Manager – United States Remote
Manage high-value player relationships for Gamdom, an online gaming platform, from a remote role based in the United States. Lead personalized engagement, retention, rewards, and loyalty initiatives across international communication channels.
Descriere
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with VIP players
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each player's preferences, expectations, and needs
- Provide personalized service throughout every player interaction
- Create and execute tailored engagement strategies that support loyalty and retention
- Administer individualized rewards, promotions, and incentives based on player profiles and activity
- Engage VIP players proactively to sustain ongoing participation
- Act as the main point of contact through Intercom, Discord, email, and other communication channels
- Handle player questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Take ownership of issues through resolution, involving internal teams when necessary
- Track player activity, preferences, and performance to uncover engagement and retention opportunities
- Apply player data and behavioral insights when shaping rewards, promotions, and communications
- Keep VIP interaction histories and player records accurate and current
- Partner with Customer Support, Marketing, Promotions, Payments, and other internal departments
- Organize exclusive promotions, campaigns, and VIP player experiences
- Communicate player feedback and insights to help enhance products and services
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience in VIP management, account management, customer success, customer service, or a comparable client-facing position
- Experience in iGaming, online gaming, cryptocurrency, betting, or another high-value customer setting is strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage several VIP relationships at once
- Proactive, solution-focused working style with careful attention to detail
- Confident using CRM and communication tools such as Intercom and Discord
- Able to interpret and apply player data and behavioral insights
- Effective in fast-moving, international, remote work environments
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
